I like understanding what happens underneath the interface.
I'm Aadithya — a cybersecurity engineer in Bengaluru. I break into systems in the lab, harden the ones in production, and build software that holds up.

FILE 01 // WHO I AM
Who I am
I’m Aadithya Vimal, a cybersecurity engineer in Bengaluru, India. I’m Project Lead and Sysadmin at Alesa AI, previously an Artificial Intelligence intern at Samsung Innovation Campus, and I study Computer Science with Honours in Cyber Security at Christ University.
Day to day, that means building software and infrastructure, and spending a lot of time understanding how those systems behave under pressure — from architecture and deployment to failure and security.

How I got here
I started with coursework in computer systems, then took on real work early: internal dashboards at AdihaOne, backend architecture at Zaphics, applied machine learning at the Samsung Innovation Campus — and alongside it all, hundreds of hours of hands-on security labs. Each step taught me the same lesson from a different angle: systems are only as good as your understanding of how they break.

FILE 03 // MOTIVE
What motivates me
I’d rather understand a system than decorate it. The moments I enjoy most are when something finally clicks — a bug that reveals a design flaw, a lab that explains a whole class of vulnerabilities, a tool that removes an entire category of toil. I write down what I learn so the next person (often future me) doesn’t have to rediscover it.
Tools that make serious technology approachable: local-first AI that respects privacy, security tooling that teaches while it works, and infrastructure that stays out of people’s way. If that sounds like your kind of problem, let’s talk.
